Detailed Site Analysis
The next step is a detailed and thorough site analysis to collate as much information as possible about your land. This allows us to establish all of the design requirements and potential restrictions along with council or complying developments requirements.
This stage includes:
-
Detailed survey of your land prepared by a registered land surveyor.
-
Section 149 planning certificate from local council to determine planning restrictions which affect your land.
-
Comprehensive site reports to determine the soil type, foundation material, and wind loads experienced on your land along with any hydraulic and potential bushfire requirements which could adversely affect your land.
-
A meeting on your land to discuss the above and confirm your design parameters and any site restrictions which may impact on design.
-
This thorough investigation ensures that we cover any hidden unknowns to ensure that there are no surprises at a later stage.
