A dedicated and experienced site supervisor will be appointed to manage all the aspects and details of your home along with supervising build quality, time constraints, and site safety.
We strongly encourage you to attend site meetings and become part of the process that is building your home. Alongside our site supervisor are our longstanding team of professional master craftsmen who will also be available to you when you visit the building site. They can answer any questions you may have regarding all aspects of their work.
You will be continually advised about construction progress and any lost time to inclement weather will be supplied to you in writing so that you may log the events. Upon completion we will invite you to conduct not one but two very thorough inspections of the home to ensure your total satisfaction has been achieved and that nothing has been missed, and only then do we hand over the keys to your cleaned and finished new home. We are exceedingly confident in our abilities; however, we will never take you for granted or leave anything to chance. Your total satisfaction with the finished project is paramount in our minds. All items and appliances will have been tested to ensure they are operating smoothly. You are also presented with all of the necessary manuals, logbooks, and compliance certificates for your new home and any specific operational requirements will be explained to you.
