Building Design
Once the site parameters and restrictions have been determined a fixed price design fee proposal will be sent to you for the design of your home. During the design phase you will be working closely with our building designers, interior and lighting designers to customise your new home. We strive to design a home to reflect your taste and suit your individual needs.
This stage typically includes:

Development of architectural concept plans for your approval.

Once concept plans are approved by you we then produce the required Development Application plans and documentation along with preparation of required consultant’s documents such as engineering, hydraulic requirements, basix, etc.
- 3D images can also be produced at your request to help you better understand the proposal if so required. 3D imaging ensures that you have a better understanding of the design of your new home and how it will look. This allows you to assess the design and make any final changes before the plans are submitted for development approval. It also ensures total peace of mind that you are progressing in the right direction.
- Another unique aspect of our company is that we have the credentials, vision and capacity to design and construct the landscaping and pool for your home in-house, thereby giving the entire project a very sensible holistic approach. If this approach is adopted it can also save you time and money with council Development Applications, as the total package of home, landscaping, and pool would be presented for assessment and approval in one submission. This ensures that you would also not have to begin all over again researching another company’s credentials to ensure that they have the capacity to produce appropriate and relevant quality within the landscape design and construction workmanship.
